2. High School Diploma: After obtaining an apostille, it must be translated into Azerbaijani (or English) and notarized.
3. Transcript: After obtaining an apostille, it must be translated into Azerbaijani (or English) and notarized.
4. Medical Certificates:
• General health certificate,
• Test results confirming that the applicant does not have HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis B or C. If these documents are not in English, they must also be translated and notarized.
